Warranty Terms & Conditions

ENFIREIX TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. and its global affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Enfireix") provides a 2-year limited warranty for its PULSE IX device from the date of original purchase, applicable only to products purchased through authorized sales channels. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the user manual.

Important: This is a legal agreement between you and Enfireix which governs your use of PULSE IX device, software, services and all the features and functions therein.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty period begins from the date of original purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.

Proof of Purchase is mandatory for availing any warranty services.

2. This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Use of unauthorized accessories or components not approved by Enfireix Technologies
  • Damage caused by repair or service by unauthorized personnel
  • Devices with tampered or missing serial numbers, identification labels, or safety labels
  • Software, firmware updates, or any data loss associated with the device
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage from accidents, neglect, or mishandling

3. Damage Exclusions

The following types of damage are not covered under this warranty:

  • Accidents, neglect, or mishandling
  • Improper use, abuse, or tampering
  • Natural disasters (fire, floods, lightning, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Unapproved power sources, overcharging, or unstable voltage
  • Improper installation or unauthorized modifications
  • Use of adhesives, fasteners, or third-party mounting methods

4. Important Terms & Conditions

  • Incomplete or unclear claims may be rejected
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Enfireix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Warranty repair or replacement does not renew or extend the warranty period
  • Only Enfireix-authorized service centers may perform repairs or replacements
  • Use of non-approved service providers voids the warranty
  • Replacements may include refurbished parts that meet Enfireix quality standards
  • Customer may bear delivery costs if the service location is inaccessible

5. Warranty Evaluation & Decision

All warranty claims will be subject to initial inspection and evaluation by Enfireix-authorized personnel. After assessment, the customer will be informed of:

  • The cause of the defect or damage
  • Whether the issue qualifies under warranty

Enfireix reserves the right to make the final decision regarding repairs, replacements, or denial based on product condition, usage patterns, and compliance with user manual guidelines.
